Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the customization of all products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a wrongly printed item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can help remedy the issue.

DTF Transfer Policy

All DTF transfer sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for user-submitted mistakes. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Wrong design uploaded
  • Low-quality or pixelated artwork
  • Overlapping artwork or layout issues
  • Text cut off, misalignment, or sizing errors

Please double-check your files before uploading and ordering. Our system does not detect design errors, and we are not responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process.

Rush orders are non-refundable. If your order was placed with a rush fee and you're unable to pick it up on time or change your mind, we will not refund the rush charge.

Our Commitment: If a mistake is made on our endβ€”such as printing the wrong file, wrong size, or an obvious production errorβ€”we will absolutely replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us with a photo of the error and we’ll make it right.

If your transfer arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue so we can verify and process a replacement. Claims must be submitted at the time of delivery. No replacements will be processed after transfers are pressed or altered.

Note: DTF Transfers may arrive with visible powder or slight moisture due to the shipping process. This is normal and does not affect the quality of your product. We recommend storing your transfers in a cool, dry area. If you notice excess moisture, simply place the transfer backside up under a hot heat press for 90 seconds (without pressure) to remove it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Reminder: All DTF transfer sales are final unless there is a defect present at the time of arrival. We do not offer refunds for customer errors, late pickups, or change of mind.
