How do I upload my design?
Click the “Upload File” button next to your desired sheet size to submit your completed gang sheet. Make sure it’s fully designed and print‑ready—we’ll print exactly what you upload.
Can I resize or duplicate parts of my design?
No—this page is for uploading finished sheets only. If you need to resize or duplicate elements within your layout, please use our Gang Sheet Builder instead.
What file formats and settings do you recommend?
We prefer PDF or PNG files at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode for best print quality. For very tall sheets (like 200 inches), 150 DPI is acceptable to help manage file size.
Do files need a transparent background?
Yes! Designs with solid backgrounds (e.g., white boxes) will print exactly as shown—even if that wasn’t your intention. Remove backgrounds and crop out excess space for clean results.
What sizes can I upload?
Available upload sizes include: 22×60", 22×72", 22×96", and 22×200". Make sure your file dimension matches the size you select—uploading mismatched dimensions may lead to scaling issues.
Can I order multiple copies?
Yes—after uploading, you can select a quantity. That will produce multiple copies of the entire uploaded sheet, not individual elements.
When will my order ship?
Standard production time is 2–3 business days; shipping times depend on your location and chosen method.
Do you offer rush processing?
Yes—we offer two Xpress Rush options:
• 24‑Hour Rush: +30% of order total
• 12‑Hour Rush: +50% of order total
Rush applies only to production; shipping speed is selected separately at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Orders over $200 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Orders under that amount are charged standard UPS rates. Rush shipping can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
