Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Origin & Cost

All orders are shipped from our production facility in Colorado. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package. You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout, if available.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

Our responsibility ends once we hand your order over to the shipping courier. After that point, the courier is responsible for delivering your package safely and on time. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are scanned in by the courier.

If your tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting your local post office or courier service. Couriers typically log GPS coordinates when scanning packages as delivered and may be able to assist in retrieving it if misdelivered.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider. While we are happy to help guide you through the process, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are delayed or lost after leaving our facility.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. Please monitor your tracking information and reach out to the courier with any delivery-related issues. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the item has shipped.

Note: DTF Transfers may arrive with visible powder or slight moisture due to the shipping process. This is normal and does not affect product quality. We recommend storing transfers in a cool, dry place. To remove moisture, place the transfer backside up under a hot heat press for 90 seconds (no pressure).

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Our Commitment: If there’s ever a mistake on our end — whether it's the wrong item, quantity, or any other error caused by us — we will replace and ship your corrected order at no additional cost to you. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable, and we’ll make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the issue may be required to process any claims.
